IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

All inclusive meals start with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. On the day of arrival after 10:30, guests receive distinctive wristbands and can use all All inclusive services. It is necessary to wear them until the end of the stay. A lost bracelet is charged.
The check-in of the guests in the hotel rooms is after 15:00.
The release of the hotel rooms is until 11:00 a.m., by returning the key card to the reception. For an unvacated room by 11:00 a.m., guests will be charged as a break.

The hotel does not provide beach or pool towels.

Alcoholic beverages are not offered to persons under 18 years of age.
All Inclusive package is only for guests who have paid for this service.
The use of the Aqua park is free for all hotel guests.

It is not allowed to take food, drinks and tableware from the All Inclusive restaurants to the hotel rooms, common areas and outside the hotel.

Our animators will take care of our little guests.

- Children's disco: 8:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m

Some of the activities are for a fee.
Guests can find information about the program and working hours of the children's club on the information board.

Pools:
The use of a 25m/12.50m pool with a separate children's section with an overflow to it and a protective railing. Working hours from 09:00 to 22:00.
Mini Aqua Park includes:
3 pools with 22 slides for children of different ages and adults and 2 jacuzzis. Working hours from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Sunbeds and umbrellas in the area around the pools.

Free Wi-Fi at the reception, in the rooms and on the territory of the pools.

Free safe in the rooms.

For late arrivals and early departures (upon prior request):
Guests receive a package of cold sandwich, dry dessert, fruit.
